This State Law Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements the Number Crunchers Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia (collectively, "Covered States"). This Notice provides additional details regarding our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information subject to state privacy laws and describes the privacy rights available to residents of Covered States.
Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Notice have the definitions in our Privacy Policy.
IMPORTANT: Number Crunchers processes certain information subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"). State privacy laws and this Notice do not apply to personal information we collect, maintain, use, or disclose to the extent such information is governed by the GLBA and related regulations. This includes information relating to consumers who use our Services to request or apply for financial services through our bookkeeping and accounting professional network.

Response Timeline: We will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice).
Verification: We will verify your identity before processing requests by asking for information to match against our records. We may require additional verification for sensitive requests.
Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization and we may require direct verification from you.
We collect the categories of personal information listed above for the business purposes described. We retain personal information as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law.
We may offer promotional programs that involve collecting personal information. Participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. The value of your information is based on our reasonable good faith calculation considering program costs and benefits.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, email privacy@numbercrunchers.io with "Shine the Light Request" in the subject line.
